ROLAND KIRK Left & Right (1969 UK 8-track stereo vinyl LP on the red & purple Atlantic label, also starring Alice Coltrane, Roy Haynes & many more, in this outstanding jazz epic by the eccentric genius, Kirk. Equal parts jazzy, soulful, avant-garde, not forgetting highly accessible, there is a string section that plays its part throughout the record, fleshing out the songs to magnificent, cinematic effect. The sleeve shows just a little discolouration to the reverse, the vinyl remainsin excellent condition & looks barely played. Recommended!)
