THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS The Wind In The Willows (Rare 1969 Japanese 11-track Capitol Rainbow Rim label edition pressed on gorgeous 'Ever Clean' RED VINYL, this band of New York hippies is best-known for featuring the debut of Blondie's Debbie Harry. Their sole album is a dreamy collection of psychedelic folk-pop that perfectly captures the innocence and whimsy of the 1960s flower-power dream; it's an obligatory purchase for lovers of TheMamas and the Papas or sunshine pop in general, and is presented here complete with lyric inner and envelope style record company advertising inner. The sleeve has only some light corner edgwear and minor foxing to the inner gatefold but is otherwise excellent whilst the vinyl is in superb condition with very little signs of its 44 years - a superb copy CP-8520)
