An extended versionof the double CD release [also included], featuring recordings from live performances in Japan and the UK during 2010. Each disc comes in its own card picture wallet with tracklisting on the reverse, all housed in a 5" card box with 24-page booklet. Although not sealed this set shows litrle signs of age or wear & is now very hard to find)
