ANNE BRIGGS The Time Has Come (Monster rare British Female Folk 1971 UK 13-track stereo LP, with sleeve notes provided by Anne herself, picture sleeve. For her second solo album Anne added some additional instrumentation [guitar and bouzouki],some original compositions [including one with Bert Jansch] alongside material from folk luminaries Lal Waterson, Steve Ashley, Stan Ellison and Henry McCulloch plus a handful of arrangements of traditional songs. The sleeve is graded VG+ with light foxing and a small scratch to the front, however it remains fully intact and free of any unsightly rips or tears. The vinyl grades as VG+/EX with just a small section of wear to the groove at the beginning of Side A resulting in distortion to the start of Sandman's Song, otherwise the rest of the album plays to an Excellent standard with minimal noise, leaving a fantastic example of this haunting minimalist masterpiece from the English acid-folk glory daze)
