NIRVANA Local Anaesthetic (Rare original 1971 UK stereo vinyl LP on the large 'swirl' label, the fourth album to be issued under the Nirvana name & the first post-Island outing, housed in a fantastic Keef-designed gatefold picture sleeve completewith the polly-lined 'swirl' inner. Due to its matt finish, the sleeve has picked up a little faint scuffing to the edged, but this is ever so minor. The labels have only light marks around the spindle holes to show it has been played justa few times, this is reflected on the vinyl which has only a few light cosmetic marks. We have play tested and can confirm still sounds fantastic. Although not mint this is still an excellent example of this hard to find pressing)
