DAVID FANSHAWE Arabian Fantasy (1973 UK 10-track LP, Factory Sample stickered on the side two label for review before release. Features David sampling the oil pipes in Bahrain! There is plenty of Persian & Egyptian flavours on this exotic recording, with Middle Eastern instruments colliding with Western wah-wah guitar & synthesizer programming to magnificent effect. Obtained from the archives of an ex-journalist, the laminated gatefold sleeve shows very little of its age & the vinyl is near 'as new' EMA777)
