Includes his attempt at rendering an Arthur Sullivan orchestration with acoustic guitar and snare drum, complete with BONUS Region 0 NTSC DVD including footage captured at his live performance of his list, all housed ina lovely book pack with extensive info & photos inside. This collector's copy comes complete with three ticket stubs for the Thompson show at the Royal Derngate Auditorium on February 04 2009!)
