MILES DAVIS On The Corner (Sealed 1980s US issue of the 1972 4-track stereo vinyl LP on 'The Nice Price' series. The album draws in influences from Indian & African music to James Brown & even Stockhausen, with outrageous mixing techniques, heavy bass grooves, wah wah, breaks, sitar, tape edits, courtesy of the masterful Teo Macero, & much more. Black Satin in particular is especially ahead of the game, & everyone from 23 Skidoo & Material in the eighties & Photek & Plug in the nineties drew influence from this incredible record, beautiful Corky McCoy single pocket picture sleeve. This copy is still sealed in its stickered shrinkwrap and is Mint and unplayed. Recommended KC31906)
