MY BLOODY VALENTINE Strawberry Wine (Very rare original 1987 UK 3-track 12" vinyl EP, limited to only 2500 copies on Lazy Records. This release was before MBV became the archetypal shoegazer band and were more pure pop than ethereal. The leadtrack had strong tinges of the C-86 pop scene typified by the fuzzy jangling guitars, crisp drumming and swirling vocals. Though the EP is less than 10 minutes in length, it is a mighty powerful piece of music with probably the most audible vocals ever to grace a MBV release. The vinyl does show a numberl of inaudible hairline marks, however these do not affect play and the sleeve has only the lightest of edgwear. This is one of the hardest MBV records to find in any condition, and the first one we have seen in 7 years LAZY07T)
