SPYRO GYRA Catching The Sun (1980 German 9-track vinyl LP, the third studio album from the American jazz fusion ensemble led by saxophonist Jay Beckenstein. A standout release that blends smooth jazz, funk and Latin rhythms, including the breezy title track Catching The Sun, the mellow Safari, and the vibrant Percolator. Housed in a glossy gatefold picture sleeve featuring artwork by Lou Beach and full album credits inside. The sleeve displays a little moderate edgewear with some light scuffing to the spine and corners, while the vinyl itself remains in Near Mint condition)
