MILES DAVIS Ascenseur Pour L'Échafaud (Rare 1958 10-track 10" mono LP, historically recorded in Paris on December 4, 1957 with Barney Wilen, René Urtreger, Pierre Michelot & Kenny Clarke as the soundtrack to Louis Malle's 'Lift To The Scaffold'. This collector's example comprises the original French pressed vinyl [green & silver Fontana label with French perimeter print] housed in the original Dutch printed front laminated sleeve sporting an alternative design. The sleeve [VG+] has been tape reinforced along the opening edge many years in the past & remains in superb condition with just mild age wear scuffing & a vintage shop sticker on the back. The vinyl is nice & clean & grades VG/VG+ with faint cosmetic paper scuffs which have very little effect on play)
