Often dubbed the 'Queen of New Orleans Soul' and a quick listen to these recordings made for Sansu in the mid '60s tells you all you need to know - from wonderful deep soul cuts like her signature hit 'Cry to Me' next to some seriously funky R&B like 'Mean Man' - you need!
