GENTLE GIANT Acquiring The Taste (Rare 1971 UK first press 8-track vinyl LP on the Vertigo 'swirl' label - This album took the band into more experimental & darker areas but is still their own recognisable sound - a rich blend of hard rock & orchestration - with hints of influences from King Crimson and Van Der Graaf Generator. Complete with the poly-lined 'swirl' inner and lyrics printed across the inside, the gatefold picture sleeve has some light shelfwear scuffing to the edges / corners while also displays some spots of age discolouration but its pretty damn good considering it was never laminated. With just a few light signs of play visible, the vinyl remains in fantastic EX condition for its FIFTY years. Now hard to find in any condition!)
