THE STRANGLERS The Raven (Rare 1979 UK 11-track vinyl LP with the censored picture inner (without Pickering's Playmate cartoon of Joh Bjelke-Petersen; with map of Australia instead). This one owner example was obtained from a former journalist and includes a two-page United Artists press release ["Once upon a time in a town called Guildford four boys decided to form their own pop group"!] which reads as a brilliantly sarcastic "up yours" to the music press, great front cover cartoon illustration too. Also included is a 10" x 8" black and white publicity photograph. The sleeve has a little creasing in places, the paper goods show just a little creasing whilst the vinyl is in Excellent condition with minimal signs of play. Highly recommended! UAG3026)
