ELVIS PRESLEY Frankie And Johnny (Hard to find 1966 UK first issue Stereo soundtrack LP on the deep groove 'red spot' RCA Victor label, front laminated picture sleeve. Despite being almost forty years old this album has retained it's shine and remains in beautiful condition. The sleeve shows very little wear at all, just a couple of very light laminate creases to the cover & the vinyl shows just a couple of cosmetic paper scuffs and very few signs of play SF-7793)

The labels are RCA black labels with a Red Spot, these were issued between 1964 and 1968. All albums with this label design are original issues.
The print on the labels is silver and clearly legible with no signs of age or wear, and only a one or two faint spindle marks.

The vinyl is truly magnificent having retained it's shine for almost 40 years. There is the odd cosmetic surface mark, but for an album that is now 50 years old, you are unlikely to see another copy like this.

The matrix numbers in the run out groove are machine stamped, both side end with -1 numbers meaning that this copy was among the first batch pressed. The numbers are as follows:
Side One - SPRS-7388-1K
Side Two - SPRS-7389-1K

The front laminated picture sleeve is in fantastic condition with crisp clean laminate, rich colours and undamaged edges/spine.

A gem in any collection with no need to upgrade!
