Recorded live with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra on April 21st & 22nd 1999 at Berkeley Community Theatre. Custom stamped inner rim on each disc and promo stickered back insert, complete with extensive photo booklet plus lyrics plus obi-strip SRCS2144~5)
