THE BEATLES The Young Beatles (Rare original 1970 Japanese Nippon Grammophon pressed 12-track LP featuring the legendary first German recording sessions with Tony Sheridan that were responsible for bringing the Beatles to Brian Epstein's attention in the first place. This extremely elusive pressing comes housed in a unique front laminated gatefold picture sleeve with integral Japanese / lyric insert and is complete with the original obi-strip. Rare enough on its own, this is almostimpossible to find complete with the obi and to find one, is like rediscovering Elvis on the moon. The packaging is Excellent with a build of light natural foxing on the inside, commonly associated with Japanese paper stock over time. The vinyl appears Near Mint with barely any signs of play - A fantastic copy! MP1476)
