Includes details on tour dates, venues, hotels & travel arrangements for both band & crew, also listing Crew & Band members as well as managers & more. Features a superb colour 'US map' picture cover and front clear & back protective cover laminate. This was only issued to crew/people involved on the tour and was not for sale to the general public. In most cases less than 100 copies ever made)
