For a thirty year old paper goods item, the quality of this is stunning.

The card is unused.

The 'Tree & Candles' design on the front is clean, with bright colours & the back ground remains pure white with no staining or marks. There is a negligable mark to the outer corners, but this is only noticable on close inspection.

The inside also remains white with negligable age markings & vivid bright unblurred text.

The plain back page has a small crease to the top corner & a minor mark to the bottom corner with a small quarter inch tear about 1½" up from the bottom.

All in all a remarkable condition item that remains in near pristine condition!
