History
Recorded at Abbey Road and Olympic Studios between June and November 1967, by the time of the April '68 release of 'Odessey And Oracle', the Zombies had effectively split-up. This obviously hampered the album's commercial breakthrough and sales were low as a result. Although the STEREO edition of the album was subsequently re-pressed by CBS in the wake of the US success of the 'Time Of The Season' single, there was only one initial pressing of the MONO version - a superb copy which we present here.

Picture Sleeve
The laminate is beautifully clean with the colours in Terry Quirk's psychedelic cover design wonderfully vivid. There is no foxing or discolouration on the reverse; all edges and the original pinched spine are intact with no scuffing. Jaw-dropping Lovely!

Inner Sleeve
The die-cut CBS company sleeve is in glorious unfaded condition, with no tears or creasing. We rarely find them like this...

Vinyl
Most important of all, the vinyl is in fantastic condition, with only a few very very light noticeable surface marks, with minimal spindle wear on the labels suggesting only a couple of plays. We have play tested and can confirm there is very little lessening in sound quality. Simply put, this is an amazing 'timewarp' copy of this classic LP, with no need to ever upgrade!
