BUCK CLAYTON How Hi The Fi (Sealed 2006 UK limited edition 4-track double LP pressed on 180gram Virgin Vinyl, recorded in December 1953 & March 1954, these Buck Clayton jam sessions were among the first large scale projects to utilise the potential of the new LP technology. Among the most memorable soloists are the rambunctious Trummy Young, the harmonically advanced chordings of Jimmy Jones & an exuberant Woody Herman, housed in a deluxe gatefold picture sleeve & sealed inhype stickered shrink PPANCL567)
