FRED ASTAIRE The Astaire Story (1978 US DRG label 40-track 3-LP box set, featuring recordings from a session at Radio Recorders, Los Angeles in December 1952 with a sextet comprising Oscar Peterson, Barney Kessel, Charlie Shavers, Flip Phillips, Ray Brown & Alvin Stoller. Comes housed in a 12" picture box with 16-page booklet containing notes by Fred Astaire & producer Norman Granz. The packaging is Excellent with a few patches of foxing from storage & each vinyl disc appears barely touched or played DARC-3-1102)
