This was Elvis' first release of any kind inJapan & beyond all expectation is complete with a near mint original fold out lyric insert & the original Victor die cut company sleeve. The disc surface, as might be expected, shows several surface marks but plays through without fault. Itsvery existence is a minor miracle for a fifty year old rock & roll record, let alone one that was purchased on the other side of the globe from where all the fuss was. How did that Japanese purchaser get to hear of Elvis all those years ago to be there to pick up a copy of his Japanese debut release ? Who knows ?
