STONE TEMPLE PILOTS Pair Of Tour Passes (Pair of genuine unused and unissued Tour Laminate Passes manufactured by the U.S company Otto, who along with Perri were responsible for providing the majority of artists with backstage passes and laminates throughout the 1970s, 80s and 90s. The first pass is predominantly red and is a 'Promoter' pass. The second is a full colour pass with foil embossed band title at the top. These passes are unissued or unused over-runs. It was commonplace forthe manufacturer to destroy or otherwise dispose of any unused passes once a tour was over, making these highly desirable.)
