Includes details on tour dates, venues, hotels & travel arrangements for both band & crew, also listing Crew & Band members as well as managers & more, complete with a superb fully laminated 'quilt' effect picture cover - this copy is mint with no handwritten adjustments. This was only issued to crew and peopleinvolved on the tour and was not for sale to the general public. In most cases less than 100 copies ever made)
