ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Billion Dollar Brain (1967 UK 14-track stereo LP soundtrack to Ken Russell's marvellous British espionage thriller, starring Michael Cain as secret agent Harry Palmer [Ipcress File & Funeral In Berlin completing the Palmertrilogy], based on Deighton's novel. Contains music written and arranged by Richard Rodney Bennett, utilising an odd but highly effective mixture of three pianos, celesta, harpsichord, brass, percussion and the electronic Ondes Martenotkeyboard! Beautifully designed front laminated picture sleeve with flipbacks. The sleeve shows light wear with a little yellowing aound the opening and the vinyl is Excellent with little sign of play SULP1183)
