The Soldier's Tale

STRAVINSKY The Soldier's Tale (1988 US 15-track vinyl LP - this adaptation of Stravinsky's masterpiece, which is a very grounded reworking of the Faust legend, features a fantastic cast, with Sting taking the role of the Soldier, while Vanessa Redgrave plays the Devil and the entire piece is narrated by Ian McKellen, which is set to music performed by the London Sinfonietta, cinducted by Kent Nagano. This vinyl is in excellent condition and is presented with a fold-out script insert, all housed in a gold promo-stamped picture sleeve PAN-6233)
