ZOOT SIMS Zoot At Ronnie Scott's (1962 UK 7-track mono LP on a 'rough' textured black & silver Fontana label, recorded live at Ronnie's famous jazz club in Soho across three nights in November the previous year. Also features The Ronnie Scott / Jimmy Deuchar Quartet with Stan Tracey on piano (who wrote the evocatively titled 'The Haunted Jazz Club', a standout number here) plus The Harold McNair Quartet. The front laminated sleeve shows minimal edge scuffing with a tiny seam split totop edge and otherwise the spine is perfectly legible, the flipbacks secure and the print is a lovely off-white. The vinyl reveals only a few very faint hairlines and some minor spindle marks but these small blemishes have little effect on play - a beautiful NM- copy! TFL5176)
