SIR JOHN BETJEMAN & MIKE READ with CLIFF RICHARD / VARIOUS Words & Music (From the personal collection of former BBC Disk Jockey, Journalist & presenter, Mike Read, we have this 1998 UK 13-track multiple artist press kit including the withdrawn CD album featuring Sir John's poems set to Mike Read's music, with an exclusive and otherwise unreleasedCliff Richard track 'November Night'. The finished CD was never issued commercially & this track remains exclusive to this disc. The CD alsofeatures contributions from Marc Almond, Paul Young, Jon Anderson, Colin Blunstone, Gene Pitney, Donovan, David Essex & Leo Sayer. In addition to this is a 6" x 4" advertising card for the charity concert event at The Criterion Theatre, Piccadilly on Monday 8th June, plus a twenty page programme for the event that has been AUTOGRAPHED by many of the celebrites perfoming that evening, including Sir Cliff, Bernard Cribbins, Paul Young, Richard Sharp, Mike Read, Chris Corcoran, Colin Blunstone, David Grant & more.
