It provides an insightful look at January 1956 through June 1958, when Elvis truly reigned as the King of Rock 'n' Roll. Photos include Elvis during the filming of the movies King Creole, Jailhouse Rock, Love Me Tender and Loving You; TV appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show and The Steve Allen Show, and concertappearances around the country. The companion CD with the book features 69 minutes of previously unreleased music)
