BILL EVANS TRIO Moonbeams (1962 US 8-track mono LP on the dark blue & silver 'reel & mic' label, the first album recorded after the death of Evans' bassist wunderkind Scott LaFaro. Opens with the modal 'Re: Person I Knew', a nod to producer Orrin Keepnews, & stars Chuck Israels on bass & Paul Motian, heavy duty pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve shows only light signs of edge wear & is otherwise in excellent condition along with the vinyl - a nice clean copy! RLP428)
