CARMEN MCRAE After Glow (Scarce 1957 US promotional 12-track deep groove mono LP, on a custom black on pink Decca label, with the amazing, signature 'torchy' vocal quality to Carmen's vocals, recorded with Ronnell Bright, Ray Bryant, piano, Ike Isaacs, bass & Specs Wright, drums. The textured picture sleeve [VG+] shows the beginnings of a hairline split in the bottom right corner & otherwise the panels are clean with all text clearly legible. The vinyl is conservatively graded VG+/EX-, & is clean with a few small paper hairline scuffs or light wear to the grooves, it plays through fantastically due to the high quality of fifties US heavyweight vinyl DL8583)
