VARIOUS-COUNTRY Western Swing (1969 US 16-track compilation LP, Old Timey Records was one of a clutch of US labels that toward the end of the '60s began to look back at their countries rich musical heritage, this collection showcases some of the very best Western Swing; a hybrid of country, blues and jazz, heavyweight pasted picture sleeve with detailed notes on the reverse. The sleeve shows some signs of age with some light discolouration evident in place, it does, however, remainfully intact with all text clearly legible. The vinyl is superb with just the odd light blemish to show for its 46 years LP105)
