DUKE ELLINGTON 1899-1974 (1977 US-only 41-track 5-LP box set, with the program selected by Mercer Ellington & Stanley Dance, housed in a unique 12" square picture box complete with an illustrated 8-page booklet of extensive notes on these classic recordings. The packaging has some unfortunate paper splitting & a seam split to an inside edge but otherwise remains fully intact & each vinyl disc appears Excellent with very little evidence of any play at all)
