The Jungle Book Stories - Test Pressing

RUDYARD KIPLING The Jungle Book Stories (Rare one-off test pressing for the 1975 3-LP stereo box set, featuring the stories Mowgli's Brothers, Tiger! Tiger! & Kaa's Hunting read by Ian Richardson, with pink 'Factory Sample' printed studio labels housed in plain white reference sleeves with label copy sheets. The labels & sleeves are annotated with matrix & catalogue number details & a single-sided test pressing for a rejected side of the second disc is included, making for four test discs altogether. These were never meant to have escaped the pressing plant & were made purely for sonic review, although all discs are housed in the retail 12" square picture box, meaning this example may well have been sent for paper review. The packaging shows minimal wear & the vinyl appears near mint ZSW525-7)
