ELTON JOHN Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (1973 US contract pressing for the UK 17-track double LP, sold in Britain with the UK manufactured tri-fold picture sleeve with lyrics inside [later issues were standard gatefold]. During this period there were several problems with the manufacture of records, mostly industrial actions at the pressing plants, so to cope with the demand record companies contracted out the pressings. The sleeve shows very little wear and, aside from a fewvery light paper scuffs, the vinyl shows very little evidence of play DJLPD1001)
