VARIOUS-50S/ROCK & ROLL/ROCKABILLY Cruisin' 1958 (1970 US 10-track compilation LP, pasted picture sleeve. From a series of recordings which are re-creations of classic American radio shows by the original DJs & include original music, jingles,ads. Even if you weren't there these recordings conjure up the atmosphere of the era and show how exciting radio could, and sometimes did, sound. The 1958 LP features DJ Jack Carney reproducing his WIL St Louis Missouri show. The sleeve showsonly light wear and the vinyl looks barely played INCM2003)
