Infinite Dreams - Uncut - EX

IRON MAIDEN Infinite Dreams (Rare 1989 UK UNCUT test pressing of their limited edition shaped 7" Picture Disc single, also including Killers, both songs recorded live at the Birmingham NEC on the 27/28th November 1988. Featuring the 'Eddie on a motorbike' image by Derek Riggs. This superb rarity has not been cut to the finished shape but remains as a 12" disc with clear area surrounding the central image. This example has been displayed by a previous owner and the colours have fade slightly, the disc has just a few light surface scuffs and remains excellent. These rarely appear for sale so we're pleased to offer this one at an advantageous price EMPD117)

Uncut picture discs are generally used as 'test pressings', a few are always made to check the image alignment and print quality before the final run is cut to the desired shape and remains as a 12" disc with clear vinyl surrounding the central image.

Sometimes the image is different of has an error, as it is purely produced as a test.

Condition
As mentioned above, this example has fade slightly and does have a few light surface scuffs, however remains in an excellent condition.
Picture discs from the 1980s are known for having an issue with tea staining, this copy shows some discolouration but this could be from being on display.

These rarely appear for sale, and although not mint would still make a great addition to any condition, at an advantageous price.
