ESTHER MARROW Newport News, Virginia (1970 US first press 11-track LP on the turquoise & pink Flying Dutchman label, veering between jazz, soul, R&B & gospel, with stabs of blazing horns & funky percussion, seldom heard & ripe for discovery. The gatefold picture sleeve is laminated on the front & pasted inside with a deletion saw-cut bottom right. The sleeve grades VG+ with some foxing on the inside, light discolouring & only a few minor scuff marks around the edge. The vinyl is Excellent with very little play FDS-113)
