MOSE ALLISON TRIO Local Color (Rare 1958 UK 10-track deep groove mono LP on Esquire with 'RVG' machine stamped in the run-out, recorded by Rudy Van Gelder in his studio in Hackensack, New Jersey with Addison Farmer on bass & Nick Stabulas on drums. Includes the mod classic 'Parchman Farm' which was later covered by John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers. Comes housed in a flipback picture sleeve with a fantastic John Marshall design entirely unique to this British release. The delicate cover[VG+] has some light ring wear creasing & minor scuffing with no writing whilst the vinyl has been professionally cleaned & grades EX/EX- with some spindle marks by the centre hole to show play & great sound)
