This tetrad of discs comprises both the commercially released CD [housed in a promo-stickered jewel case] and the custom printed watermarked & numbered promotional CD-R issued in the custom printed card wallet picture sleeve. Additionally, we also include the 5-track album sampler with an RCA companyprinted wrap-around insert plus a 2-track CD-R for the track 'Nothing At All' taken from the album!)
