VARIOUS ARTISTS The Rural Blues: A Study Of The Vocal And Instrumental Resources (Scarce 1960 US 43-track double vinyl LP box set, features tracks by Furry Lewis, Lightnin' Hopkins, Blind Willie Johnson, Skip James, Virgil Perkins, Charlie Burse and many others, picture box with 8-page booket by Samuel B. Charters. The box shows light wear with a little scuffing; the booklet has some creasing with splits at the spine and hand annotations within. The vinyl has a hairline mark acrossthe first half of Side Three which has little impact on play - a nice serviceable copy of this essential compilation RF202)
