KATE BUSH Cathy (Very rare 2014 UK 7" x 10" limited edition high quality hessian bound hardback photobook housed in a matching hessian bound outer slipcase. The book is AUTOGRAPHED by author [and Kate's brother] John Carder Bush - featuring a superb selection of previously unpublished black & white photographs of Kate as a child around eight years old. Each photo is superbly mounted with the prior pages die cut with annotations from John about the pictures & Kate at the time.This edition includes a new introduction by John, illustrated with eight previously unpublished photographs. The item is in superb 'as new' condition)
