THE SPECIALS Live At The Lyceum (Circa 1980 French promotional 16-track vinyl LP, recorded on the 2nd December 1979, and only three days after the group had completed the first 2 Tone Tour. Five of the songs are listed as 'unissued', but topped the national singles chart just weeks later as part of the Too Much Too Young Live EP. Although The Selecter are listed as guests on Long Shot Kick the Bucket and Skinhead Moon Stomp, the album finishes off with the band performing Madness twicein succession. Housed in a front laminated picture sleeve with 'For Radio Airplay Only Demonstration Record Not For Sale' flash in the bottom right corner. The sleeve displays only light wear, mostly on the back with some ringwear, there are even two vintage French stickers on the front, whilst the vinyl has just very light paper scuffs from the plain die-cut inner, but looks barely played with clean labels. This has never had an official commercial release, and this stunning example is the first copy we have ever seen! RS9180)
