CARPENTERS Offering (Rare circa 1971 South African 13-track A&M label vinyl LP, housed in a front laminated flipback picture sleeve with a pinched spine design, featuring the original withdrawn artwork, with a black & white image on the back, along with tracklisting, sleeve notes from Herb Albert, and has a small 'Artone Press' logo. This album was later re-packaged and re-released as 'Ticket To Ride', after the minor success of the single of the same name, and the major success of 'Close To You'. The sleeve displays some light general wear with just a couple of light creases, the non-laminated back shows only light signs of age. The labels are both very clean with minimal spindle marks, and the vinyl remains very clean with little signs of play. A fantastic example and the first we have ever seen! AMC2154)
