BLACK SABBATH Paranoid (Monster Rare 1970 Japanese first press 8-track LP on the blue & silver Philips label, housed in a deluxe gatefold picture sleeve variant with Japanese text & English lyrics printed inside [with some amusing misinterpretations]. This copy is complete with the near mythical original Vertigo obi-strip with the earliest 1950 yen price point over stickered with a '¥2,000' price (also on the back of the sleeve) - the obi-strip is much rarer than the album itself, most of them now discarded - this highly collectable delicate piece of paper proclaims the album to be the highest level of heavy rock sound! The packaging is Excellent with some very light shelf wear around the edges forgiveable with age, and some mild foxing inside. The obi remains firmly intact with no tears, rips, splits or any writing. The vinyl is Near Mint & shows barely any play. Recommended SFX-7266)
