LEON WARE Musical Massage (1976 US first press 10-track LP on Gordy, the second solo album by the late Detroit Soul legend. It's rare groove heaven all the way [& a nice Kirk Degiorgio recommendation of the 90s!] involving Ray Parker Jr, Minnie Riperton, Marvin Gaye, Bobby Womack & more. Remarkably, this record was made after Marvin Gaye took most of the original songs from it for his album I Want You. Either way, both records are now viewed on a par - essential late night, silky soul. The picture sleeve [depicting Playboy's June 1975 Playmate Of The Month Azizi Johari] is still in partial open shrink with the import sticker attached & a small deletion notch. The vinyl is Excellent to Near Mint with barely any play G6-976S1)
