OLIVER NELSON The Blues & The Abstract Truth (Circa 1968 US issue of the modernist classic 1961 6-track stereo LP, on an orange rim black ABC Impulse! label with 'RVG' [Rudy Van Gelder] machine stamped in the run-outs. Also stars Eric Dolphy, Freddie Hubbard, George Barrow, Bill Evans, Paul Chambers & Roy Haynes. Comes housed in a heavyweight front laminated & pasted gatefold picture sleeve with the 'stereo' sticker front & back. The cover is Excellent with little shelf wear & the vinyl is clean & in Excellent condition with the odd faint paper hairline scuff not affecting play. Recommended AS-5)
