DELROY WILSON Better Must Come (Rare 1972 UK 10-track stereo vinyl LP on the rough textured Trojan label, issued in a Jamaican manufactured pasted picture sleeve overstickered with a UK catalogue number [which is different to the label!]. A stone cold killer from one of Jamaica's best loved vocalists, soulful bass-heavy rocksteady with a hint of funk [especially on the Isley Bros. It's Your Thing cover], produced and engineered by the Dynamic Sounds team of Bunny Lee, Syd Bucknor and Carlton Lee. The sleeve is graded EX-, due to the slight scuffing to the delicate paper finish and one split along the top edge - given the usual condition these are usually found in this one has survived the ravages of time remarkably well. The vinyl is a pleasing Excellent with only light signs of play. An essential reggae/rocksteady longplayer - highly recommended TRLS44)
