DAVID BOWIE David Bowie (Super rare original 1973 Japanese stereo black vinyl LP on the red & white Deram label, manufactured in Japan by King Record Co. Ltd. Originally released in the United Kingdom in 1967 and generally regarded as the first Bowie album proper, this debut record was not released in Japan until 1973 to coincide with the Ziggy Stardust Tour Japanese concert dates in April that year. This fantastic example is complete with its very rare red & white Deram Vocal obi, plus a 'Special new album to commemorate coming to Japan secondary obi. The complete package also includes a 2-sided lyric insert and a 2-sided advert insert highlighting sixty other contemporary album releases. The vinyl remains in excellent condition with an inaudible mark on Side 2 the only visual blemish. The sleeve has minor age-related foxing but no splits to any seams. Both inserts and both obis are also excellent. An unrepeatable find!)
